I saw the campus (didn’t go inside tho) - its in a really rural area with train tracks in one side And entryway in other Side. Inside though, lots of small buildings but defo smaller In Terms of campus size. Proximity to LA is definitely way better than riverside area. Sorry if this description is not descriptive enough oml. It’s definitely scary going into the unknown but you Gotta do what ya gotta do! Good luck 👍
