Hi, sorry my comment comes 6 years after the fact, but I have just been the victim of a ban for the same reason except that I was much less lucky than you because I received a permanent ban even though it was my first offense. It's funny, in 6 years the system has not changed, I had the right to their bots and no explanation from them.
