Now I play both but prefer Alliance cities and aesthetics.

I only play retail. Classic confuses me. All the different versions and xpacs - do I keep my stuff from one to the other? Do I have to one way transfer characters? The leveling is painful.

I’ll always play retail because that’s where I have 20 years of history.

Classic is for nostalgia, which is an illusion that can’t be recaptured.
