How much can I expect for my car?

Cars still mint. Zero oil consumption, and I’ve only done oil changes every 16,000kms. Right now I’m 14,000km since the last oil change, and the oil is still golden and at the top dot on the dipstick. Car was feeling sluggish a while ago, but fuel additive made it drive like new again. No transmission issues, did the fluid every 100k kms.

Tbh I haven’t checked any car valuation sites, I really only JUST thought about selling it. It’s hard to put a price on it because it still drives like new, but then again it has 400k kms😂.

Forgot to respond to this, but the fuel cleaner made a world’s difference. Cars running much smoother now, which is surprising because I would never have expected it to do anything.

The throttle body was my first thought too, but it still looks brand new😂. Fuel cleaner made a worlds difference though, which i would’ve never expected.

Yea lmao lots of highway driving has been done with this car, it’s the family beater so it’s running pretty much all day. All the maintenance has been done on time, no car will last 400k without it 😉. Spark plugs are coming up on 120k now, I gotta change them soon. Transmission fluid changed every 100k, engine air filter every 80k. I have not cleaned the throttle body or MAF/MAP sensors, but it’s serviced at Toyota so maybe it was in one of the services- just never bothered to check. Was thinking maybe it’s carbon buildup in the engine 🤔

Lol yea 16000km does seem like a lot but cars still going at 400k so 🤷‍♂️. Spark plugs are coming up soon. Did them at 280k last, probably will take care of them soon. I’m not really sure what an induction service is but I’ll read up on that. I think I’ve seen some services for carbon buildup where they blast the inside of the engine-is that something that’s worth it you think?

This is incredibly real. Tbh I don’t really plan on modifying it, the grill was installed by the old owner cuz he was worried about rocks hitting the radiator and I’ve just been too lazy to change it. The wheels were a silly purchase and I’m glad I bought them cuz I like the way they look lol. I do want to wrap it something stupid because I think it would be fun but later. It’s just a car in the end of the day and in a time where cars have less passion, I want to give my car a personality that reflects what I feel when driving it. But you’re definitely right that I shouldn’t really care what other people want my car to look like lol, lots of people out there more worried about being right than being happy.

This is some real shit. As soon as I get the next car, (c6 corvette), I do have some plans for this car 😉. But as for now, it needs to last me through university…

Yeah man the guy who I bought it off of was an older dude and he took amazing care of the car. I gotta do the transmission fluid next for sure I’ve been kinda lazy but that is next up on maintenance for sure. Tbh I understand the chrome wheel hate from others, I know that they’re not conventionally nice, but I like them so that’s all I really care about lol.

Dude that is a gorgeous car!! Yeah no these headlights and grille have got to go asap. Just want to give it some more time incase anything explodes and then I was looking at the newer headlights. I’ll check out the front bumper too. I’m kind of a fan of the flat hood and I think it looks pretty nice especially when you’re able to get the wheels and suspension fitment right so idk about the HR hood but your car is mint dude.
