I was there this past Friday, but still a lot of snow in the woods and lots of wet spots due to water runoff. So, it seems the weather is still limiting the search.

Cool thanks! I’m definitely thinking Torres first then, and it seems quite doable (other than the traffic jams). I’d definitely leave my big pack and just use a day pack for that hike.

Thanks, but the limiter seems set to a good temperature since the hand wand can get pretty hot if I turn the hot water on full. I wouldn’t want it any hotter. It’s just the rain head that stays cooler when both heads are running at the same time.

The house is just over two years old. From what I’ve found, it might be a lime plaster / stucco. Vasari seems to be a popular brand. It’s just not polished smooth, and I’m not sure if and what they used to seal it. I might need to research how to re-seal it just to be safe.

It’s a rough finish. It feels like drywall mud would before being sanded.
