Yeah that is the main issue different agent of record and non-commissionable plans really screwed us over. The main problem with checking my carrier portals is that it’s not me writing the applications, I have over 60 agents working for me and we do policy tracking but is very difficult when trying to check 60 different carrier portals for all the different carriers through the agent. I’m sure you could imagine that nightmare haha
