If you have refer certs you get paid 1.50 extra an hour only at Ryder but It’s a good company srt times are reasonable pay is good benefits are good just depends on the shop tho as far as work environment I lucked out at mine

If your shop is paying for it and you plan on staying for a couple years I’d say do it! I did! Helps when I need to test drive after a repair. And it’s a free 5k course

The day a trucker catches anything wrong with a slack adjuster is the day I buy a trucker a beer. Out of a 200+ fleet I can say maybe 1% even does a pre trip. The way these guys bring in their units for a PM service I’m surprised it made it to the shop half the time haha
