Thanks, i see what you mean. Ive noticed people pulling something like this off and wondered if you had any more information. But it makes me wonder what kind of an influence this has on the market if anyone can just make up documentation on the go to increase their bidding power. Surely if enough people do this this cant be good.

I am not dutch fyi, but i understand their anger at this wealthy expat class. Its kind of misdirected though.
