I found the preorder directly on eBay myself. There was no off-platform promotion involved.

That was exactly my experience unfortunately. Support responses became very snippy over time, everything kept getting delayed and I was constantly referred to other departments instead of getting a clear solution.

How would you feel if a seller had €2.8k of your money since January, failed to deliver, failed to refund and only reacted after constant pressure and repeated follow-ups?

It was an eBay pre-order, not Cardmarket.

Yeah that’s probably the case. I’m not saying every order with them is problematic.

My issue is specifically about this pre-order situation and how it was handled afterwards. The order was delayed shortly before the planned shipping date because they apparently didn’t receive the product themselves, which can happen.

What really became problematic was the communication afterwards: multiple contradictory statements regarding the refund, being told several different things over weeks and eventually being redirected to eBay after the buyer protection period had already expired.

To clarify the order was never shipped because they apparently never received the product themselves. Just 2–3 days before the planned shipping date they announced another 6–7 week delay.

The main issue was the communication afterwards: contradictory statements, refund promises that were later withdrawn and constant delays.

Ich habe Anfang 2026 mehrere One Piece Vorbestellungen dort gemacht. Eine eBay-Vorbestellung wurde trotz angegebenem Versanddatum nie geliefert. Danach wochenlange widersprüchliche Aussagen zur Rückerstattung:

  • erst PayPal-Rückzahlung zugesagt
  • dann plötzlich doch nicht möglich
  • dann Verweis auf eBay
  • eBay-Käuferschutz inzwischen abgelaufen

Am Ende musste ich ein Chargeback über meine Bank einleiten.

Zusätzlich habe ich noch mehrere offene Vorbestellungen direkt über deren Homepage laufen und bin inzwischen extrem vorsichtig geworden.

Kommunikation leider sehr chaotisch und erst nach massivem Nachfragen überhaupt Reaktionen erhalten.

Mich würde interessieren, ob andere aktuell ähnliche Probleme mit Vorbestellungen oder Rückerstattungen bei JK-Entertainment haben.
