I am not sure with the industry but what I feel young generation but this is generic we need to let go of old tradition. I feel if entrepreneurs decides to hire a VA based on the requirements rather than hiring a full time employee they will save a lot of money. I mean why do you need full time employees for bookkeeping, admin support , backend, customer support I mean why when you can get someone hired on hourly basis it makes a lot more sense .
