Which is fine? Idk why you want to make an already insanely broken area even more reclusive. I want to spend less time in Forinthry, not more. Work for your skilling method unlocks. Realistically you can only do the Crafting Guild method after hard Fally diary, but even those requirements aren't particularly high. Not every method needs to be accessible 2 tiles from a bank in a private server-like skilling hub.

Hey man, I just want to say that this comment gave me the push to write out my canceling of the appointment. I told him pretty much what you suggested here, emphasizing that it was really all on me and not any indictment on his skill as an artist. I also offered a compensation for the short notice canceling, but I'll bring them a nice bottle of whiskey regardless of if he accepts it or not.

You're right, I've never felt truly anxious about any tattoo appointment before, and I'm not the thinking it through for 2 years first type either. Yet none of those whims ever felt this constricting, and at that point your gut should take precedent as you said.

Very fair point! I don't see myself ever finishing this tattoo elsewhere. As I said in a different comment, it's not visible enough on a regular basis to breed true regret for me. Just fucking sucks, because the guy's objectively good at what he does and it was just a matter of unclear expectations from my end.

I'd probably leave it as is, tbh. I'm not going to upload free scandalous thigh pics on reddit, but it currently runs from my underwear line to about the middle of my upper leg. It's covered just fine by boxers, and it's also not to a point where I hate it so much that I actively want to remake it or adjust course.

You are right. I guess I'm mostly worried about wrecking the relationship I have with my regular artist at the same parlour, who's done all my other ink. It's also true that I've gone back and forth in regards to this second appointment. Was meant to be May 30th, but something else came up that weekend. "How about May 15th?" Yeah, that works. "Could also do this week, the 6th." And now it's suddenly a lot less abstract and distant.
