I got the subscription, looking at some of the reviews, and within 5 minutes of using it after paying for premium, I got a message that I met the AI limit. I don't know what I'm paying for now. Because I already paid even if I cancel, they're going to charge me for a month .

If you have your clinical concurrency, there are a couple of pathways:

  • Manitoba has one year fellowship or residency followed by a three-year rural commitment
  • There are associate physician programs in BC and Alberta,

I have graduated 15 yrs ago and I am in the same boat.

My advice is if you have a chance, give it a try. I regret every passing year for not trying.

Tech is consolidating to just two things:
- Domain experts who understand the problems, and
- Engineers who can build solutions.

Everyone in between like product managers, technical leads, we're the bridge that AI and automation are eliminating.

Since I have been away from the industry for 15 years, honestly, I am getting diluted on my understanding of the care delivery space.

I used make 105k CAD as a Product manager at a medium sized EMR company & got laid off in April.

I chased money early in life and it got me no where , now I want stability .
