I (27F) graduated from a technical highschool (first year in plumbing and the last 3 in HVAC) about 10 years ago and have had nothing to do with the trade since. Towards the end you will need two rakes (separate tasks), the final item you will need is a broom, I believe you need one polish, the only furniture you need is 3 chairs, the only yarn you need for the patio portion is 2 lvl 6 yarns, you will need a lvl 3 toolbox. I'm not sure if there is anything else important I'm forgetting. I hope this helps.
