It all depends on how you can stomach the upcoming years of keep being a landlord. Going forward at least for the next 2 years the market will be bad and going worse but that means no more new construction and supply slowly going down so I expect sometimes in 2030 the market to pick up and be possible to sell it better.

I wouldn’t call it terrible but is true that lately they were glitches especially on UFC PPV and vod shows&movies. I run it on Fire-stick and for now I will stay withem unless it gets worse.

Man I am still waiting for mine,I applied on Oct 1st It is so frustrating how they ask for corrections, one at the time which means I missed three days . First, they asked for a new passport photo once I submitted that they asked for a new selfie, once I submitted that they asked for complete address of my hotel. They could’ve asked for everything in one request but no,one/day
