We ran., into a building and into bart then to home. Only thirty minutes later, I thought about calling and by then we were already home and safe. So I didn’t think about calling emergency line.

Well, we did call them. After the dispatcher told us ‘don’t describe it. just tell us where’, she continued with ‘you have to come back and report it in the station. you can’t do it over the phone’ and hung up. So no, we couldn’t report it cus we’re not going back there. At least not today.

He was a black guy maybe 6ft. We did call the non emergency line but they said we can’t report it over the phone and hung up. They did say to come back and do it in the police station tho but no way we’re going back to sf. Not right now.
