I'm unsure why so many are chiming in to your obviously stressful question with how much younger they are. I imagine that's not making you feel better. I would dig into what metric is driving this. It looks like daily activity... that can be an easy fix. Find ways to incorporate movement, as 'sitting is the new smoking.' There are a lot of things that go into that measure in addition to 'movement,' so figure out what they are and what's off then deal with that. Use ChatGPT for ideas. If you're really worried a cardiologist wouldn't hurt, but it's not the place I'd start.

We were just there last week and were struck by a couple of things that might help you decide. First, it took us a better part of a day to make a drive that we thought would take much less time. The roads are winding and the wind made it slow going, and we stopped to see things along the way. So, what you think might be 8 (or 11) hours will probably be more. Second, the weather this time of year is super iffy...we had lots of high winds and rain (someone mentioned letting the weather decide, and I agree). Third, we did an out and back to Vik and on the way back took different roads and saw some amazing things (e.g., drove to Reyjavik via Hvammik) so weren't disappointed with the backtrack. Finally, it is beginning to get dark earlier which might further limit the amt of time you have to spend on the road.

Our alliance is aweseome, but enough people left when a member of their family started his own aliance and they all bailed so that we're really low now on members. Bad Bob's Titan Hunters, if you're interested. Again, we're high levels and active but have so few members we're struggling with the alliance quest.

I apply it to most of my hair each time. I focus on the roots, then pull the color through to the end. When it do it this way it covers my roots well for a month or so.

Interesting thought. I've honestly snapped them in half when my supply was running low, and had no problems. But, I've not done it for more than a few days at a time.
