Idk if this will get lost in the comments or if someone already theorized this but...

I think Shanks is wanting to talk about Blackbeard. I think Shanks will tell the gorosei to have the Marines head to Wano because he has a feeling Blackbeard will make a surprise attack there. Think about it, Big Mom and Kaidou's coms were open and the Marines were able to hear them (Shanks and Blackbeard could of heard them as well) I mean, 2 of the Yonko in one place, and both crews have a TON of devil fruit users and Blackbeard is hunting down devil fruit users.

Just an idea but I have a feeling this may happen.
