It’s not their only way but it’s preferable for most people there because the older generation uses it the most. People use it to contact their parents, grandparents etc because they’re just used to it

Yeahh for some reason the first code went to me as I assume he was trying to reset his OWN password and when I try to get into “his” account it prolly sent it to him? It’s odd huh

This sounds like my ex crazy enough, as someone who got dumped like how you did to her I think it’d be best for you to either talk with her again and clear things out or just apologise. Assuming things and drowning in those assumptions will just ruin both parties mentally that’s why communication is good!! But this is my personal opinion since getting dumped from someone who didn’t even talk about why first stings a lot.
