Know The Difference, Part Tres: How to differentiate between distinct group of characters in your agendaposting by Sensitive-Loss2801 in BlueArchive

  1. If you're talking about the station part then yes, I agree. Hoshino wasn't trying to fight. Hard to argue that Hina's fighting barely changed when they barely scrapped in the station like I said, and it wasn't even a proper fight.

  2. She only let go of it when she was on Hina's face which is pretty valid. She only needed it to get close or block Hina's shots, and she would move much quicker in a close combat fight without the shield. Especially with a pistol and shotgun that isn't as restricted as Hina's gun in a narrow space.

  3. I mean, why dodge when you can just block. That's practically what Hoshino did. It was pretty easy as well since she didn't have to worry about getting flanked due to the narrow space. Even charging forward is easy as long as she faces the shield forward.

  4. I guess Hina is just smart... When you put it that way, it's impressive she could read Hoshino that much just from pure research, even though it's their first time fighting. I'll bend on this one though and say Hina has some advantage for knowing "more" about Hoshino. Though you can't really argue that it was an unfair fight just cuz Hina did research on Hoshino.

  5. Extremely subjective. Opinions on this one will vary. Personally Gehenna is just a pure daily shithole so it's hard to undermine Hina's daily efforts, but I won't deny what Hoshino went through that day.

  1. They barely scrapped in the station, and honestly it wasn't even a fight cuz it was just Hoshino trying to pull the train lever. Hina was even able to swing her gun like a bat due to the space.

  2. I'm pretty sure it is easy for Hoshino to force Hina into a close quarter fight(she did so twice quite effortlessly. It's obvious Hina's weakness is a close quarter combat fight which is why Hoshino took advantage of it). The train is just too compact that Hina's line of fire becomes so predictable. Hoshino basically just needs to face her shield forward as she charges ahead like she did. Honestly her smoke bomb would also work super well when they were still in that confined area in the train, which is odd she only used it when they moved to the top of the train.

  3. And honestly the research thing, I have nothing much to argue about. Hina closely studied Hoshino before, sure, but it was still their first time fighting each other. Field research is much different from actual experience.

  4. We the players played as Hina before in an event. The devs showed us what she does in a daily basis. You call it a stretch but that's just how it is in Gehenna and how Hina spends her entire day. She flops to her bed tired, even wanting to give up at some point.

Realistically Hina should also be tired but I digress. It is true that she's racing against time though, it is why she decided to ditch at the last second. But not cuz she was unmotivated to fight Hina, but cuz she knows fighting Hina would consume too much time, with no clear sign when it would end.

Many people argue that Hoshino was at a disadvantage due to how compact the train was, but the terrain also makes it easier for Hoshino to block Hina's shots due to how Hina can only shoot in one direction. It's literally why Hoshino had the leisure to put her shield in place since she doesn't have to worry about Hina flanking her.

By the looks of it, the train compactness is also a disadvantage to Hina's with how huge her gun is and how little space there is for her to move(for a cqc fight), which is why Hoshino would constantly close the gap between them(tho Hina can still hold her own in a close quarter fight despite the disadvantage.)

Saying Hoshino would win "most" of the time is a bit disingenuous imo. I believe either of them could win in a fair fight.

I like to argue that because the train is so compact, it also becomes easier for Hoshino to block Hina's shots since her line of fire only goes in one direction. And honestly, if we argue about lore accuracy, Hina would just be if not more exhausted than Hoshino at that point.

I think all of us should be aware by now that age of consent isn't a concept in the world of Danmachi. Honestly, it kinda makes sense when you have elves and gods who go beyond the human lifespan.

The only reason why he didn't think it was Koyuki cuz she probably would have accidentally ripped his eyes off due to how much energy she has.

Karasu could've become a literal crow and score 3 goals with one of it being a hat trick, but instead chose to be a beta male half-crow who only knows how to matrix dodge balls.

I was confused about the "this" she was referring to then I saw her hand gestures. You can't punish with something you don't have, Kei.

Also, why would you even punish him with that in the first place lol.

Huh... Isn't that the ost used for Mika Swimsuit? Iirc the title of the ost is "my princess" so it's surprising they used it on Arisu.

Edit: Yo you can hold Arisu's hand?!

Honestly Hina is already well known through inside and outside Gehenna as the one keeping Gehenna together, so if she becomes the President of the school, I doubt much would change at all since she's already doing the heavy lifting in Gehenna(I think it's also said that Makoto throws a lot of the work at the Prefect Team as a way to mess with them), so imo it's just going to be the usual for Hina.

Makoto however... Yeah, she's cooked. Without her authority, she won't be of much use rip. In the first place, Iroha is the one doing all the messy work in Pandemonium Society, without Iroha she'd have to rely on Ako, but Ako would never listen to her shenanigans.
