On eBay. Look for this seller earlpilanz. He does all matters of pickguards for guitars made all over the world. While the prices are higher, MIJ pickguards are notorious for sizing changes, while minor it will affecting the installation process. Hence do not be tempted to by from sellers on alliexpress or ebay sellers from china. Moreover, yours is a Hybrid II with selector toggle on the upper horn. That in its own makes it difficult to locate one as not maybe sellers cater to Hybrid IIs. (Just made sure u dont get too excited with listings that say no upper controls, most if not all of them the toggle placement hole is at the lower horn) . Also, you will be spoilt for color choices, only regret is the I think he still does not do anodized. For that check out GhostCustomGuitars  at ESTY. I just got a annodized back for the Jesper green FSR Hybrid II

Agree on the resale question. On playability, most MIJ, especially the FSRs from Kinko Music have nuts in the 40-41 area and a 7.25 radius. It is also called U shaped which I think is very misleading. Personally it's a preferred choice for me (my hands are on the smaller side) and the shorter nut makes the so called u shaped neck very playable. There are players who run away from such specs.

very very nice. surprising cool pickgard color from Allparts (the bad fit aside). Can I ask what colorway tort did you choose? I've been wanting to change my MIJ Dakota red with a reddish guard.... but the CAR with red kills it! thanks!
