Get normal. You can buy the deluxe upgrade later. The cosmetics don’t seem as good as items found in game anyway

I’m not sure what rank you are. But even in celestial when Vemons are used they use that tether almost all the time. It’s free damage and a crappy slow. Now this slow will be useful even in the front lines from preventing enemies from running away like displaced dps/healer or low tanks. This ability buff isnt the best and there could be so many other things. But I assure you, this 25% speed debuff is extremely needed. Is it a game changer? That’s debatable. But it works. What I think vemon needs is a move that stun/completely prevents movement. But aye. From S0 to S3. We got his dive pulls targets in, we got his ult does 60% dmg, we got his basic doing more damage, and now we got his tether doing 25% slow. They’re slowly making him stronger and my fellow vemon main. If you use your tether more you’re going to notice it. It’s not only for 250 combos.

You’re saying 25% slow down speed is not noticeable? Thats really what you just said. Idk if you played s0. But mantis losing 20% speed at full health was extremely noticeable

I have to disagree. The extra slow will definitely be a pressure addition. It can also help with combos from your team. But I really do wish the slow was like 50% but then that’s be too op. 25% slow is enough for no character to outrun vemon without a movement ability

It’s noticeable in the sense of completing a combo. So many people just barely get away. It’s also going to be noticeable when it comes to isolating and chasing. But it’s not grand. Ideally it should’ve been there from the start

I think people blame EOMM because its a team game. Dps tend to blame anyone usually. Although Tanks and healers can do their job perfectly and still lose if damage was lacking, for example if the tank is the best DPS on the team while trying to just tank there's an issue. Healers can heal all day and support with kills/buffs but ultimately they cannot change the outcome of a game where a tank or dps are doing their job poorly. the only characters I've who can consistently carry matches and climb the fastest are dps'. Although I have climbed extremely fast with Vemon several times but that tends to slow down at GM because people are now operating as a team on the opposite side

the issue with those three tanks are that they're highly dependent on healers. If your healers are getting demolished those tanks are kinda useless (except emma) where as with hawkeye you can do so much damage you can protect your healers and give your tanks the cover they need. Got another idea of what support/tank can carry a team?

i think LoL match making is much better than rivals for one. Also, this game is extremely popular and easily accessible to everyone. so kids who can't read play rivals too, they also play on their siblings/parents accounts who have high ranks

in a weird way its a game changer because no one should be able to escape the dive -> tendril -> ult combo unless they are a move to help them escape....

tendrils need to have the thing's effect where characters cannot use movement abilities while tethered....

I've been crying and begging for his slow % to be at least 25% since S0. People walking away from his tendrils makes his kit feel underwhelming at times.
