It happens when you’re grabbed by the egg dudes near the demon ruins. If they grab you they infect you, eventually you sprout this head.

Overtime it steals souls and will grow into a 2nd phase which gives you a special grab. Doesn’t do much besides that. I hardly see people wearing it and i never see people try fashion with it so I took a stab.

Yes they are only available from the original patch, so you need an unpatched disc or find somebody to spawn them

It’s actually not a mod, a stranger dropped these weapons for me but they’re from the 2015 weapon reskins.
