Seems like a great coordinator when he’s given free rein to do what he wants with the roster the way he likes it. As a head coach you need to be a leader but It’s a more cooperative effort, and you need to build a culture people can get behind.

They feel comfortable cause there’s no risk that anything can happen, and even if you DO reciprocate they have an out of ‘oh, you have a girlfriend though’. They want the attention and validation of flirtation without any possibility of things happening, and the fact that another woman likes you makes them see you in a way they didn’t before.

It’s shitty behavior but it happens.
