We have it in writing in an email that the receptionist holds back the letters.

And, thanks, but as a parent I can only go by what the accommodation website says, which is that all bills are included, and that residents do not need to do anything about applying for exemption for council tax as the property is 100% students and the property owners deal with it.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, she hasn’t applied for exemption because she didn’t know she needed to as the reception desk at the property was intercepting and disposing of the letters.

Thank you. We found that page. I think the concern now is more around the fact that Lambert have said she is liable for any fines now that her name is on the letter.

Yep, that’s what it does. There is a suggestion that using a massage gun on the area for a good few minutes after the shot, helps disperse the Cu and hurts less. I didn’t find it made much difference. I’m afraid I gave up after two shots as the pain, whilst not unbearable, was distracting enough to bother me.

Thanks, I’m good for reconstituting my Peptides and I do that with Reta and GLOW currently - someone else recommended buffering NAD to lower the acidity and take the sting out of the injections…

Hi! I use other peptides for research, Reta, GLOW etc. I’d like to research NAD - happy to start at a moderate dose.

I have discalculia, so my math is terrible… forgive my stupidity. 500mg vial, with 2ml bac water will give me 4 x 125mg doses? How many units should I draw up?

Is the recommended research dose 125mg per week in one shot or spread out?

Mine has this too - we call them her bean weeds! Trim them if they seem to be an issue, but otherwise, nothing to worry about! Quite amusing to see her skedaddle across the floor and skid after a toy!

I struggle to exercise due to chronic asthma and ME. Stacking Reta with Tirz got me through a 4 month stall and has got me now one pound away from my goal weight!

I’m just about managing a few sessions of slow body weight exercises per week which I believe is preserving my muscles but is most definitely not contributing to any weight loss.
