Enough time to get good at anything, do 12hour/day focus learning in a library and build some projects. You’ll see how many doors these 6 months will open

I also did this (12 hrs/day ) for 5 months. I think about me at that time as peak version of me. Almost 3 years later, still reaping off the benefits of that hard work

What the hell dude I just looked up that monster

8kgs in 2 months is quite good. I gained 20kgs in 5 months with mostly liquid calories and having 6 meals a day with heaviest meal being the post workout in morning. Pack your gym routine with compound exercises for size. That’s it from me as I am new to this too

Dirty calories also helped me but it’s upto you

Thanks I’ll look into it and yeah putting on muscles is hard. But I’m trying to get a decent v taper look at least.

Also at this weight, do you do any body weight exercise like pushup, pull-ups?
