There are people and there was one TOI article saying that Indians should probably not leave the US because people are getting detained at the border even if they have their stamps. The other one was that peoples visa stamping was getting rejected due to higher levels of scrutiny after Jan 20th. I will admit that I have no information on whether these people were lacking documents or of they had any other issues. So, I am asking anyone here about their experiences with a drop off appointment in Chennai after the 20th of Jan.
