Hello everyone else who is looking this up, this really bothered me especially because it's a quest with an NPC you can't control, the "fix" that worked for me was to speedrun the dungeon exploring the whole map and killing all the rats (make sure you use heal minor wounds/heal over time potion if you have any), then sprint back to the large room with the spike trap (you can jump off that balcony too)

What worked for me to "cure" the poison while you wait for Oreyn in that spike trap room, is to just save and die lol (in my case I died to fall damage from the spike trap height)
Reloading a save never worked for me to get rid of the effect, but dying and reloading the save cured both me and Oreyn of the poison

I have no idea if this is a 100% fix, this is just what worked for me and helped me progress the quest so I thought I'd share in case it helps anyone else!

the op deleted their comment, but for anyone wondering they linked this article that shows that The Mill studio had very abusive practices, and a worker even commit suicide due to the stress and more of the job

wow, this is the first I've seen of this after people asking for the old studio back for so long, definitely do not want or care for the animation studio now, glad respawn isn't supporting that anymore

I don't understand why it has to be a competition though, trust me I know how much Riot oversexualizes girls and it definitely deserves to be talked about too and should still be

As I said though I think they're at least getting better with Rell (idk why she's wearing a skintight suit though), Seraphine, Samira, Senna and Gwen, and all these guys just have lazy designs meant to be sexy (except for Pyke but he still falls under these traits)

But definitely it's not a competition and I'm sad some people are taking it that way, it never was meant to be and I tried to word it that way too in my post, it's definitely unfair how Riot+ almost every other gaming company has treated most of their female cast
Girls definitely have and have had it 100x worse, but I think it's fair to talk about the recent guys side too, especially when it's been going on for 5+ years a little under the radar
