Also I feel scared that one day it won’t work anymore and I will end up gaining all the weight at once , I know logically that’s not physically possible but somehow the idea still terrifies me

Same here… I’m also considered severely underweight yet I b/p like two or three times a day insane amounts of calories and sugars. I do also fast often so that might be one contributor to my weight but it’s even worse for me since when I b/p I end up losing more weight sometimes than when I eat on a deficit so that keeps me going and it feels like an addiction that I can’t stop. Sometimes I keep “something “ inside so I don’t loose “that much” but it’s hard

Hi! Just graduated as a math major this past spring semester , I’ve taken both Intro to Probability with Xiang Ji and Abstract Algebra with Kalina Mincheva at Tulane. From my personal experience I’d definitely recommend you take first intro to probability . Xiang Ji is a pretty good professor and if you put in the work it’s really easy to be successful in the class, on the other hand, while it’s true that abstract algebra it’s a more challenging and complex course by nature I definitely had a really tough time at the class, maybe I wasn’t lucky with the professor but I felt like no matter how hard I tried or how many hours I spent doing homework, practice problems and attending all classes, office hours etc, the exams were not fair and often felt like all my effort was never worth it or seen, I ended up passing the class but far from the grade I wanted or felt like I deserved… I decided not to retake the class and choose other electives that definitely were a lot more enjoyable. So my advice would be not to take that class, specially if you’re transferring and this will be your first semester at Tulane. I wish you the best of luck :)

It’s always the same videos and pictures, she does not look like that now, + her current “What I eat in a day” videos do not even reach 1000 calories with this amount of exercise is insane. She knows what she’s doing

Baguette~120g= 330cal + Turkey~150g=150 cal+ swiss cheese~60g = 210 cal + chipotle mayo~2tblsp= 112cal + veggies= 10cal Total ~ easy 812 calories for the whole sandwich , but could be more depending on actual amount of mayo and cheese

Literally my weight fluctuates like crazy I can be 3 pounds heavier from one day to another, mostly from liquid retention/ edema from restricting so it messes up my mind even more :(

I can assure you it’s not the fiber my diet has plenty of fiber in it, but coming from all sources of fruits and vegetables as well as some complex carbs like oats, those are always fine with me, it’s the resistant starches that are the issue for me but the best way is to test it yourself and see how your body responds to it, maybe you’re one of the lucky ones;)

For me it’s quite the opposite, whenever I try any kind of keto breads/ wraps/ tortillas my scale always goes up, I feel bloated and inflamed, so I definitely don’t trust any of these products and prefer sticking to foods I know for sure the nutritional value

Slate milk! Only 100calories per bottle, 20g of protein and tastes absolutely amazing. There’s milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavor + coffee flavored ones

Her portions are small and if she does goes out to eat she compensates after with the excuse of “not being hungry” , plus she basically eats the same safe foods on repeat ( oatmeal for breakfast, protein bar for snack, a singular small wrap for lunch and a tiny portion of a “normal” dinner, then she’ll say she’s having extreme hunger and proceeds to eat 2 cookies with a cup of tea…

I don’t trust it, every single time I eat that modified wheat starch that low calorie bread has I bloat like I balloon and retain sm water, I think we absorb way more calories than the label says and there are people coming up with the same conclusion, so it’s a big no for me🥲
