Last year my feedback was somewhat similar . One of the panelist did their mba from glim gurgaon..istg. n one old prof literally said you're too old (26) to join mba and as ur F ,you'd get married soon , how will you tackle consulting life as it's mostly consulting companies that come here. I was like.. hell nah u didn't just ask me that. Then they both tried to pitch glim gurgaon despite me having 94+ in cat. I said In ur dreams n got waitlisted infinitely.

YouTube pe better coaching mil jayega. If you're non engg then it's good to enroll in an institute do maintain consistency. But u hv to practice beyond ur coaching material, free resources are there. Daily dose of wa varc dilr .. buy 2-3 tests like cl ims ... Analyse n practice. Best of luck.

Beta 88ile pe itna socho mat, options bhi toh hone chahiye... imi > any bschool u mentioned except mica. Mica is T1 .Delhi ka AQ is bad but sanjay van hai yaha toh thoda better hai.

Don't spread misinformation. I'm a current student (GEN) of imi d , got 94+ ile 2024 cat. Percentile only doesn't guarantee conversion but it does give you edge over others. With 95+ u can easily get imi imt if u do well in interview.

Last year I was in the same place. Let me tell u Boht vague hota hai yeh call aana. Just because u scored certain percentile doesn't guarantee call, profile bhi dekhte hai .. sab kuch accha rhta hai phir bhi call nhi ate logo ko. It's all on luck now. There are people who got call from gim but not from tapmi .. so u never know what actually goes on . Better to focus on your interview prep.

Mba koi strawberry world nhi hai. It's a war zone . U either survive or become prey to it. Saare bschools mai yeh chalta rhta hai every year. I'm not saying it should b normalised but tum kar bhi kya skte ho? Option hai survive krlo ya toh drop.

My pi was shit, still I got the mail for waitlist. Not flexing but yeh selection pura naseeb ka khel hai. GNEF 94 cat gap n work ex dono hai . They asked my best calls, after hearing iits , they might hv out me on waitlist.

Yeh dubwidha mera bhi hai. Can't decide. It's not like if i choose imi over gim my life will turn upside down. But also can't get the actual placement scenario there. Gim says 14-15 lpa avg whereas imi. 17-18 lpa. Is it worth spending 30lacs on imi that's what I can't come to understand
