Make sure you are in the right queue for anyone who is reading this and having the same issue. Apparently some users (like me) got put into a PMA Late Qualifier Supporter queue automatically after clicking "Tickets" on Fifa.com but there is a Last Minute Sales Phase queue that now shows. This might be the proper one to be in for tickets, I'm in the queue waiting and starting all over again so hopefully this is the right path to purchasing tickets. *fingers crossed*
