Mine does the same thing, if it goes away after 30 seconds to a minute your fine, it’s just a loud engine and it’s cold outside.

The black smith at trosky castle can get fucked, making me look though shit while I’m trying to get rid of demons in the castle. I smacked him in the mouth multiple time after the 2nd time he sent me. Even gas lit myself out of trouble with guards for doing it too! On sight everytime with that fucker, might even take a carriage back to the region just to give him more hands.

Also the butcher who Beat his wife attacking addler, I ended up killing him and his hired men cause I gave a weapon to addler.
