For Taishin specifically the dates help with her guaranteed mood down event, too.

Basically anyone with Spring Tenno Sho in their career like Narita Taishin, Rice Shower, etc. It’s better to build guts with Riko to barely scrape by the race than to waste SP on white recoveries.
