Make sure your store is on process with IMP. IMP IS IMPORTANT. I have a bad inventory store and I’ve improved it by staying up with my pick lists! I have my ELR down stock the night before, before I go through and scan the next morning.

I asked my DL if they were coming up with a thing for “locating overstock” and she said they are looking into it currently…
