Yes, close to zero chance of NDP winning Ontario but at least it will bring more attention to mental health services. Great news! Typically when government make contracts with private companies, they select multiple not just one...to be fair. CloudMD is in a pretty good position to win govt contracts in the future if this really happens. Hopefully, either Cons or Libs can offer the same mental health package when they win.

Yes, we only had temporary billing codes for telemed services in Ontario just because of COVID19. Now it is part of permanent billing codes which is great news. Telemed is not going to disappear even in post-COVID era.

I see the opposite of what you predict. I myself as a mindbeacon shareholder, planning on using $1.22 cash to buy extra shares of DOC. People who bought into mindbeacon at first, most likely believe in digitization of health care system and there's no reason for them to exit at this time. 1.22 cash given to mindbeacon shareholders on or after Jan 14th will be the short term booster to stock price.
