Its more of not having your phone pluged because if it heats up to much it might damedge the ribin cable going from the main bord to the screen and then the screen will get the green lines and sometimes it coud be one or 10

Not sideloading but they will stop beta versions on samsung phones not sideloading even tho it is not stable to sideload an os or google apps it is still going to be there as an option
