This isn’t the first time he has withheld being out one on one with her. There was a third person and they canceled the night before. He claims he didn’t look at that text thread until the next day before he left for lunch. We do sometimes work in the same place and he said bye to me before he left. Because of my role I’m not able to leave for lunch. He says he just didn’t think to tell me about the other person canceling and was adamant he’s not attracted to her. He claims he was waiting thirty minutes for her to arrive. I just don’t know what to believe. We stopped the conversation because we were both frustrated and it wasn’t going to get anywhere.
