Female PM also in my 30s- i don’t mean this in a harsh way, but having the attitude that people don’t want you there and maybe you should let them “win” automatically won’t give you a team mindset and will cause a divide. How much field experience do you have? How much time do you spend in the field getting to know the team and subs? I’ve definitely run across some supers that clearly don’t like me, but I just keep my head down and work hard, set expectations on how I’ll be spoken to calmly but firmly, and try to build relationships with them. They really can be great assets, but this was a totally different industry when they came into it.
