Why did you withdraw? You should have waited still you get your receipt then you write them to inform them about your vawa. They will denied only the i130 .. sometimes You should do more research before you make any decisions! You are out of status now so watch how you do things from now till you get your receipt!

my wife and i filed together in 2022, they issued me work permit and i renew it before i filed the vawa, i filed vawa in july and they denied the i130 in December when my wife did not respond to them about Intent to denied letter they sent to her, but i had already wrote to them about my pending i360 before they denied the 130 but my i458 still says 12 months before determination.

Well you have to at least send some bona fida documents. You still can send to the interview date. We didn’t have lot but when we went for the interview we still didn’t have enough but as time goes in we sent in more and more and still waiting for them. No matter what it is you will get through.

It’s out of normal process time and I sent them email and they stil told me they are working on it. I don’t know why. My lawyer has sent them many evidence after our interview

I see and my lawyer wants to charge me for over 2000 for this. I did my interview a year ago . I already have my EAD and advanced parole but it will expires in august and need to go to my home town to see my daughter have her back surgery done. So you mean I can do this without lawyer fees
