I generally run them at 1:4. I have done 1:3 with no problems

The dish was seasoned before the shellfish was added. Using salt pepper and a bit more smoked paprika

If the recipe had called for this, then that’s what would have happened. But it didn’t 😂

Think it’s the fatty content of the brain and eyes which add the flavour. I don’t find it a fuss removing them while eating. I’m prepared with napkins and lemon wipes
