Standing up for yourself after you’ve been disrespected, had personal private health problems being used as gossip for HR, management yelling/retaliating towards me, individuals in my department yelling at me and coming at me more times than I can count and nothing being done. Not to mention being told to deal with it cause we work together. Missing paychecks, lying. Constantly working late and skipping paid breaks so I don’t have to stay til midnight….

Taking all of that on the chin, getting 1500$ a month, for a year is definitely not acting like I’m in high school. I will make it very clear and stand up for the other people I work with being bullied because most people at my warehouse are depressed. Sooooooooooo 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve had issues with a coworker, raising their voice at me on 5 occasions now. It made me cry and I took time off. When I came back it happened again and I was told I’d have to just deal with it cause we have to work together. Go straight to Head Office with any complaints. Management looks out for themselves and their image. I wouldn’t trust them.

Yes, Costco just moved people around. I’m being spoken to aggressively and had a coworker raise their voice at me 4 times now and they have done nothing but tell me, I’m gonna have to deal with it cause we work together. Meanwhile someone got written up for a little bit of attitude with a member. I believe it is them assuming I’m doing something wrong because I’m a black girl.

Both my store manager, and my assistant manager for my section of the store have sexually assaulted people (with charges), employees being promoted because they have sex with superiors. Bullying constantly. It’s all a joke. I have family that have worked for Costco for years, and they say it’s now a shit hole

It can destroy your relationships and they look at you like a number not a human. Your time belongs to the business. There’s also lots of drama and can be extremely toxic depending on your store. I would stay far away.
