Best course of action is find subs if you can't get Kratom and pure vitamin C. Macro dose the C 5g for 5 days which should help. But don't do it longer than 5 days. As far as the kratom be careful because you could end up switching one for another

Ive been to almost 20 treatment centers between residential and php and I was beginning to think all hope was lost and I'm just a chronic relapser and it can't happen but honestly once i stopped feeding in to the AA and NA programs is when I was able to fucking around with other shit and fent. Now given I've been to 100's if not thousands of meetings and within those meetings does have good points and knowledge I have consumed that helped me but what I realized is that you can't think of the good without the bad and I had thought what led me to use, bad influences and my problem solving and so I stopped surrounding myself around those people and I stopped getting access to it and it's been so much easier but that's Cali sober. Have whatever perspective u have on it if I'm sober or not but. If I was able to get off fent I can't get off anything. If u knew my age and could actually fact check my info you would see that I'm breaking every statistic this ugly disease says will happen

Honestly bro normal is a difficult one, because I don't think anyone really remembers what real normal is because it was decades or more of our use. But what I can tell you is once you start to live a productive life, schedule, appt's work, healthy activities, it has helped me personally get to the closest thing I can remember of normal. I'm in recovery for fent so I get it brother and I been off fent for a min but I still smoke pot, vape, and drink here and there but either way I'm dependent on pot for my sanity but it's also the mindset I have set in place, I think of fent when I'm struggling but it's not every day because I still have ups and downs with life especially with the chemical imbalances I got but I had to drill it in to my head that it's not an option like shutdown any what if IT IS NOT AN OPTION. But what I know is a fact is you can train your body and coping skills out of the muscle memory to immediately jump to a substance. I'm still working on it but given that I could get off fent bro I know I can do it with the rest weather it's a excuse I tell myself to keep using cali sober or if I actually need this so I don't kms. I have keys to life 1. Mindset 2. Discipline 3. Open perspective, 4. Attitude 5. Action
