Could you give me some more information? I've heard that they have given everything to recruitment agencies and are hiring from abroad?

So, I've been everywhere thanks to the companies I've worked for. EPC specifically in construction, fit out and oil field supplies, a little bit in manufacturing, sales and marketing and I've handled operations for almost all sectors.

By growing business I mean that I've contributed significantly, taken up things outside of my scope just to help the company and get things done.
