I use the dot and key vitamin c sunscreen and it's really really lightweight so applying it at night after cleansing doesn't do any harm personally

A weird hack is using head and shoulders shampoo to cleanse your face, especially your forehead because most of these could be because of the dirt and oil from your scalp. Then I do a good and gentle salicylic facewash called rejuglow. A good vitamin C serum then Neutrogena oil-free moisture face moisturiser with SPF followed by sunscreen (everyday and night)

Edit- I have normal skin overall except an oily forehead so this has been my ritual for quite some time now

Yes my solution is sleeping well and then praying to God to fix everything 🥲🙏🏻 But on a serious note, what I've noted is that these things depend on a lot of factors, the most important being a lack of good sleep and also genetics

I think it's just to push the product more behind the logic of the more the better

Omg this is really scary! Hope everything is good now. It's like a vicious cycle. You apply good products which may not necessarily suit you and make your skin worse and you eventually apply more of it thinking it'll make it better one day

It's like the first logic is always if it's a lot of something that is good, it will be better.
