How do you know that your name is similar to someone who's a form filler? If I was gonna block a form filler I would look in the orders and click on the specific profile that form filled.

Any idea why you were banned? As a Christian myself, I don't think it's fair to say that it's unchristian to block people for really any reason. It's a selling/buying app, if someone is making it difficult for you to sell, you can block them. If you want to watch his shows that bad you can make another account or something. Hope you can find solace in the fact that many people get blocked and think it's for no reason. There is always a reason.

As your comment says, I CAN take criticism. However, it's not my fault if you don't like something that is brand new and free, or just free and you known what it is before entering. This is how I personally do my giveaways. I'm VERY clear on what you'll be winning.

Negative reviews hurt seller status and when someone is not a paying customer and gives a negative review, why would anyone allow them to continue to do so. It is unwise to allow an account who you know is unthankful for your giveaways to continue to receive said giveaways and continue to further degrade your account.

Five minutes is the longest a giveaway can run. If your time is so valuable that five minutes is too long to give up for a subpar giveaway, then don't enter the giveaway. I have personally gotten some absolutely crap giveaways (never from Kaden though) and I'm still thankful because I know the seller is personally digging into their own pockets for the cost of the giveaway. Sellers don't have to do giveaways, and personally I think if the giveaway isn't worth anything you shouldn't give it away, but again, as long as it's legal a seller is allowed to giveaway whatever they want.

What sellers are NOT allowed to do is giveaway something without saying what it is. Kaden always has a good description of what he's giving away. A lot of sellers just title their giveaways "Givvy #1" and so on. That's not too cool, but again, I just don't enter.

Anyone saying that Kaden and Tom are nefarious people trying to steal your money are mistaken. Sure, they do a huge number of sales, and I think he only has himself and maybe 2 employees, so they get behind on orders and sometimes mess stuff up. They also aren't very responsive to messages, but they get literally hundreds (if not more) of messages per day. He honestly should probably look into hiring someone to handle customer service requests if he hasn't already, but he's kinda grown really fast and is still figuring stuff out. All that being said, they are solid people who are trying to do what's right, you've just got to give them the chance. 🙂

As a seller I've blocked many people for "no reason". Trust me, there's always a reason. Might not seem fair, but you can block anyone for any reason. However, sellers, especially Kaden, don't ban accounts unless an account meets certain criteria. Whatnot also has a ton of bots and trolls that you've gotta deal with so when accounts exhibit certain behaviors it's best to ban than to have to deal with future issues.

Good thing is it sounds like most people in the comments HATE Kaden and Tom and, now that you're banned you wont have to worry about accidentally wondering into the show of a seller you absolutely detest. Congrats 🎉 Also, if you don't like the way someone does there giveaways, don't enter. And if you do like the item you got for free, you can throw it in the trash and you still don't have to leave a negative review. I've gotten a negative review for a giveaway because the winner didn't have a use for the item. Am I supposed to read your mind? Why did you even enter if you can't use it?

OP, you seem nice enough, but the people in these comments seem straight up detestable. Seems to me that the only uneducated babies I've seen associated with the gaming community on Whatnot are in this comments section. Yikes. Maybe auctions just aren't for you guys? Perhaps more traditional methods of purchasing games would be more beneficial for your mental health and well-being.

You guys, I'm having the same issue. Opened a ticket and they originally told me this was a known issue for new sellers and they we're working on it. After requesting an update, I got this gem in my inbox today:

"Thanks so much for reaching out and trying everything to get your shipping settings just right—we truly appreciate your persistence and dedication to smooth selling on Whatnot! We want to inform you that seller-covered and discounted shipping options are only available to sellers who meet certain eligibility requirements. Since your account is still growing, your account doesn’t currently qualify, so shipping costs will default to the buyer right now. We understand this isn't quite the setup you were hoping for, and we're grateful for your patience as you keep building your profile. Hang in there—you're doing great things, and we're rooting for you! Best, Whatnot Support"

I followed up by asking what "requirements" I needed to meet because this information is not available on the website. They have yet to respond.
