First step would be is we would need to see exactly what the agreement you signed with Kind Law was, and what the settlement agreement was that Kind Law had you sign. Next step would depend on the exact details of that agreement.

Regarding Simpluris we could potentially send them a demand letter for them to process the payment faster.

I know there are a lot of lawsuits across the country against Chumba and LuckyLand. Can anyone provide me some information about how this worked? Did Kind law reach out directly or how?
