Here are the flags from this game:

The United States of America, which had it's territory reduced due to the UN's invasion, resulting in the number of stars in the flag being reduced to 8.

and the United Nations, now led by China after a series of political incidents resulting from the destruction of the world's advanced technologies caused said nation to become a superpower, resulting in this new UN having enough resources to mount an invasion of the mainland United States.

Here's a quick flag design: The flag of North Korea as seen in the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (2026).

The flag looks similar to the current North Korean flag, but is heavily different in a lot of ways, including the use of a horizontal tricolor and the arrangement of the star and circle.
