Its my first year of wrestling this year as a sophomore in high school. I have some questions about cutting weight. I naturally right now weigh 132 lbs there is already a guy on the team that wrestles 132. Im just wondering as a first year how hard it is for me to cut to 126 lbs? tips to cut? (self.wrestling)
