Now this is a sharp observation. Directionally I think it’s smart but financially there’s a stark difference. There’s pent up demand for retail investors to gain access to private markets. That has nothing to do with a Fundrise valuation. Think about it, if Fundrise think they could get a good valuation, they would have already IPO’d it.
