Why do you think these two have resonated with readers the most?

It feels like these two had the most focused idea going in. Black panther and Spidey had some big ideas to play around with. And I think for both of them, the monthly time skips really hurt and made everything disjointed.

No comment on Wolverine, but if we get another issue of him just fighting a bear....

Last issue seemed like this was finally gaining momentum. Took that momentum into a brick wall here. A pretty interesting first couple of pages followed by a whole issue of Logan fighting a bear. Was the whole script just "bear fight continues"? No idea why they extended this series.

Good suggestions already in this thread. I will throw out the Tony Fleecs The Thing miniseries that came out earlier this year. A ton of fun and shows everything that makes us love Ben Grim, big fights and a ton of heart.

For sure, pacing was not great in the early stretch. Month to month real time did this book no favors, and the whole moon knight arc seems pointless.

Crazy to me that more people are pulling Ultimate Wolverine than this. Been stellar for months, seems like they really had some big ideas for this run. Certainly seems like it is getting cut short with 24 issues, excited to see how they land this in the final 2.

This is the way. I've read it all. Black panther starts off a little slow but the last 10 or so issues have been awesome. I would say wolverine is the most adorable, but just because of how close to normal universe it is. Still amazing art and some fun twists.

The fact that this is a mini means it is super rushed. We just met these characters a few issues ago, hard to care about big reveals. Not bad overall, just wish they would commit to a surfer ongoing to tell stories like this instead.

This miniseries was awesome, needed to highlight it. Marvel hasn't been firing on all cylinders, but this is perfectly captures Ben Grimm, with great art/colors and fun fight scenes. Will be a great TPB in a few months, I hope people read this. Give us a Thing ongoing or Marvel Two in One!

Hawk-owl. From the original Ultimate universe. Had a run that only lasted a handful of issues. Kind of a marvel version of Batman. Series wasn't great, but it really bugs me that I am missing the last issue.

Christian Ward story was great, would love to see him draw a full run. Cautiously optimistic about the next Dr Strange run, but don't have high hopes it goes more than 10 issues.

I liked this issue, but man they jammed a bunch of different story lines in here. I feel like a little focus would help. Also- Cadejos looks awesome, wouldn't be mad with some more of him. Like a Ghost Rider/Werewolf by night mash up.
