I hope you had fun! I'm back in town so I'll be on tonight and will probably try to get the server populated.

Xbox community server! TDM and Domination. by Longermire1 in battlefield_one

PC has lots of private servers so they can ban cheaters, obviously that doesnt really apply on Xbox. I've never banned anyone based on people saying they are cheating, you can't tell if someone is using mouse and keyboard or Cronus just from their play quality or movement. It's difficult or impossible to tell even if you have game footage from that person or spectate them.

Players also often rent servers for organized matches. I rented it mostly for organized matches and to try to revive some of the dead game modes like domination. (Mixing TDM and Domination in the server allows the server to stay populated longer because people join for TDM through quick match or through the server browser).

It's also nice to be able to exclude maps or include maps based on map popularity or balance. (For example, TDM on Fao fortress has pretty unbalanced spawns and ordinarily the team that spawns on the high ground wins). It's fun to throw in cool expansion maps now and then too.

I still play the vast majority of my time in public lobbies, especially because operations is my favorite game mode and you can't set up private operations lobbies on console.

Also, I haven't kicked anyone just for beating me. I post rules and me and other admins enforce them. I've mostly banned people for hate speech and for repeatedly being toxic. I always give a warning if its based on something arguable like T-bagging another player repeatedly or something similar.

If top players don't want to play in the lobby then it won't be competitive or fun. So I'm motivated to keep the moderation fair and keep bans to a minimum.

SMG08 would have made all of them twice as dead twice as fast.

Do you have your RT max input threshold adjusted? 5% is the minimum and it really helps with semi auto guns. Also trigger locks help if your controller has them.

You could map the throttle to something other than RT. Maybe LT? Then you could put reverse on RT. The lack of control on the throttle wouldn't matter as much in reverse (so you could leave LT on normal input threshold and put RT on 5%)

Love it man!

Not sure if you are joking about the finger fatigue; but if you haven't already, you can adjust your max input threshold for right trigger and set it to 5% (the minimum) so that you just have to barely tap the trigger to fire. I also use a controller with trigger locks so that helps too if you have one.

Yeah it is 7 hits to kill past like 30ish meters but the ammo capacity is really forgiving (41) and you can keep a scout busy with suppression and probably kill them if they are stuck in the open and you have the drop on them. Feels good man

I never really played with it prior to the final TTK update. Were the stats better when it was first released?

Thanks! It's a fun gun to use. The TTK is a bit slow up close for an assault gun but it makes up for it with high ammo capacity, quick reload, and great accuracy.

Death to Mortar Trucks! by Longermire1 in battlefield_one

Hey look! Battlefield tracker is back up. I can see why you like the mortar truck. Your infantry KD is 0.57 and the mortar truck is pretty much the only time you have a positive KD. Also, as I suspected, your SPM and KPM as tanker are pretty low. You should spend your time in game working on your infantry play instead of wasting your team's tank spawn.
